Family First
A wolf pack is not a random group of wolves β it is a FAMILY! Most packs have a mom and dad (the breeding pair), their pups from this year, and older pups from previous years. A typical pack has 5 to 10 wolves, though some can have up to 30! The parents are the leaders. They decide where the pack travels, when to hunt, and where to sleep. Wolf families are very close β they play together, sleep together, and take care of each other.
