Data We Collect
Account identifiers, progress metrics, support tickets, subscription metadata, and parent consent records when required.
Children and Families
Age-gate and parental consent flows are enforced for child safety (COPPA compliance). Parents can request access, correction, or deletion through support.
Data Retention and Third Parties
Data is kept as long as the account is active. We use trusted third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, RevenueCat, OpenAI, ElevenLabs) strictly for operations. Lesson text may be sent to OpenAI or ElevenLabs to generate read-aloud audio; no personal data is transmitted in this process.

International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA) by our service providers, including Supabase (US), Stripe (US), Mixpanel (US), RevenueCat (US), OpenAI (US), and ElevenLabs (US). Each provider maintains appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable. We ensure all international transfers comply with GDPR Article 46 requirements.
