You have learned all the basics — now it is time to invent YOUR dream cookie!

Start with the base recipe and then customize:

Base: flour + sugar + butter + eggs + vanilla + baking soda + salt

Now choose your adventure:

Texture: Do you want your cookie chewy or crispy?

- More brown sugar = chewy

- More white sugar = crispy

- Both = perfect balance

Flavor: What is the main flavor?

- Chocolate chips (classic!)

- Peanut butter (swap half the butter for PB)

- Lemon (add lemon zest and juice)

- Cinnamon (add 1 tsp cinnamon to dry ingredients)

Mix-ins (pick 1-2):

- Chocolate chips + walnuts

- Oats + raisins + cinnamon

- White chocolate chips + dried cranberries

- M&Ms + sprinkles (funfetti style!)
