Every great smoothie has four building blocks:

- Yogurt β makes it thick and creamy, adds probiotics
- Orange juice β adds vitamin C and citrus flavor
- Water β simple and calorie-free
3. PROTEIN (the fuel): Keeps you full and builds muscles.
- Greek yogurt β thick and protein-packed
- Peanut butter β adds creaminess and protein
- Milk β natural protein source
4. EXTRAS (the bonus!): Optional add-ins for extra nutrition.
- Honey β natural sweetener
- Spinach β you cannot taste it but you get tons of vitamins!
