Your Final Performance
For your final performance, you will perform a complete skit using EVERYTHING you have learned: character, voice, facial expression, body movement, and stage directions.
Choose from:
Option A: perform The Lost Puppy skit from the lesson with a partner.
Option B: perform your own original skit that you wrote.
Option C: perform a solo scene where you play both characters (switch between them by turning your body left for one character and right for the other).
Performance checklist:
Are you in character? (WHO am I, HOW do I move, HOW do I talk?)
Are you using vocal variety? (pitch, speed, volume)
Are your facial expressions clear? (can the audience see your emotion?)
Are you following stage directions? (entering, exiting, crossing)
Are you facing the audience? (do not turn your back!)
Are you speaking loudly enough? (project your voice!)
