Checking Out and Returning Books

When you find a book you want to take home, you CHECK IT OUT. Here is how:

1. Bring the book to the front desk or self-checkout machine.

2. Give the librarian your library card (or scan it yourself).

3. The librarian scans the book's barcode.

4. They stamp or tell you the DUE DATE — the day you need to bring the book back.

Now the book is yours to enjoy at home!
