Kitchen Safety Rules

The stove, oven, and microwave get very hot! Never touch a burner, even if it looks off — it might still be hot. Use oven mitts to pick up hot pots and pans. Turn pot handles toward the back of the stove so they do not get knocked over. Always ask a grown-up before using any appliance that heats up.
