Recipe: Fruit Smoothie
Makes: 2 servings
Time: 5 minutes
What You Need: 1 banana, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, a blender, 2 glasses.
Steps:
1. Peel the banana and break it into pieces.
2. Wash the strawberries and remove the green tops.
3. Put the banana and strawberries in the blender.
4. Pour in the milk and yogurt.
5. Add the honey for sweetness.
6. Put the lid on the blender tightly!
7. Blend until smooth β about 30 seconds.
8. Pour into two glasses.
9. Enjoy your delicious smoothie!
