Healthy Soil, Healthy Plants

Healthy soil is FULL of nutrients that plants need to grow! Plants suck up water and nutrients through their roots. The richer the soil, the healthier the plants. Compost adds nutrients back into the soil. Without nutrients, soil becomes poor and plants grow weak and small. Farmers and gardeners add compost to keep their soil rich and their plants strong. Good soil = good food!
