Seasons and Weather Patterns

In many places, weather follows a pattern through four seasons! Spring brings warmer temperatures, rain, and flowers blooming. Summer is the hottest season with long, sunny days. Fall (autumn) brings cooler air, colorful leaves, and shorter days. Winter is the coldest with short days, and sometimes snow! The seasons repeat every year in the same order: spring, summer, fall, winter.
