Cloudy Weather

When clouds cover the sky and you cannot see the sun, you say está nublado! It sounds like ehs-TAH noo-BLAH-doh. Nublado comes from nube, which means cloud. When it is cloudy, it might rain later, or it might clear up. Cloudy days are not sunny and not rainy — they are in between. Look at the sky — is it está nublado today?
