That means some sharks alive today were swimming the ocean when Shakespeare was writing plays! The BOWHEAD WHALE can live over 200 years. Giant TORTOISES can live 150+ years — one tortoise named Jonathan is over 190 years old and still going! The OCEAN QUAHOG clam holds the all-time record — one specimen named 'Ming' was 507 years old when scientists found it!
