The Double Bubble Trick
Can you put a bubble INSIDE another bubble? Yes! Here is how:
Step 1: Blow a large bubble and let it sit on a wet surface (wet surfaces do not pop bubbles because the soap film can connect to the water).
Step 2: Wet a straw in bubble solution.
Step 3: Carefully poke the wet straw THROUGH the big bubble wall.
Step 4: Blow gently to create a smaller bubble inside the big one!
The key is the wet straw. A dry straw would pop the bubble because it would break the soap film. But a wet straw slides through because the soap film can reconnect around it.
You can even put a bubble inside a bubble inside a bubble!
