A Seven-Layer Tower
Three layers is great, but real scientists have made towers with SEVEN or more layers! Here are seven liquids from most dense to least dense:
1. Corn syrup (very dense, sinks to bottom)
2. Maple syrup
3. Whole milk
4. Dish soap
5. Water (with food coloring so you can see it)
6. Vegetable oil
7. Rubbing alcohol (least dense, floats on top)
Each liquid has a slightly different density, so they stack on top of each other like a rainbow!
