France and China
FRANCE (Europe):
French food is considered some of the finest in the world!
CROISSANT: A flaky, buttery, crescent-shaped pastry. Perfect for breakfast!

BRIE: A soft, creamy cheese. France makes over 1,000 types of cheese!
BAGUETTE: A long, thin loaf of bread with a crispy crust. French people buy fresh baguettes almost every day.
Why? France has rich farmland, dairy cows, and wheat fields. French chefs are famous for turning simple ingredients into something magical.
CHINA (Asia):
Chinese food varies hugely by region β it is like many cuisines in one!
DUMPLINGS (Jiaozi): Little pockets of dough filled with meat and vegetables. Families make them together for Chinese New Year!
FRIED RICE: Rice stir-fried with vegetables, eggs, and soy sauce.
NOODLES: Long noodles symbolize long life in Chinese culture. Never cut them!
DIM SUM: Small dishes served in steamer baskets β you pick from a rolling cart.
Why? Rice grows perfectly in southern China's warm, wet climate. Northern China grows wheat for noodles and dumplings.
