Landing on the Moon
On July 20, 1969, the Lunar Module landed on the Moon's surface. Neil Armstrong opened the door and climbed down a ladder. 600 million people around the world watched on TV as he stepped onto the Moon and said: 'That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.'
