Submarines and Spy Gear

Submarines travel underwater where you cannot see the surface. A periscope tube extends up from the sub above the water line. The captain looks through the eyepiece below and sees everything above water. This is exactly like YOUR periscope but much taller and with special lenses to magnify the view!
