Notice how 2x, 5x, and 10x are related. 10 = 2 x 5, so 10x7 = 2x(5x7) = 2x35 = 70. Also, two 5x answers always equal a 10x answer: 5x7 + 5x7 = 35 + 35 = 70 = 10x7. Math facts are all connected!
