Malala's Story
Malala Yousafzai was born in Pakistan in 1997. She loved going to school and learning. But a group called the Taliban took over her region and said girls could not go to school. Malala was only 11 years old, but she spoke out. She wrote about her experiences and told the world that every child deserves an education. It was dangerous, but Malala was brave. In 2014, at age 17, she became the youngest person ever to win the Nobel Peace Prize. Today, Malala continues to fight for children's education around the world.
