Hot, Wet, and Green!
Tropical rainforests are the most life-filled places on Earth! They are hot (around 77-80Β°F all year) and get TONS of rain β up to 80 inches per year! That is like pouring 7 feet of water on the ground every year. All that warmth and water makes plants grow like crazy. Trees grow super tall, forming a thick canopy (roof of leaves) high above the ground. Very little sunlight reaches the forest floor.
