RENEWABLE energy sources never run out! The sun keeps shining, the wind keeps blowing, and water keeps flowing. They can be used again and again forever. NON-RENEWABLE sources WILL run out eventually. Once we burn all the coal, oil, and natural gas, it is gone — we cannot make more in our lifetime. It took millions of years for nature to create fossil fuels, but we are using them up in just a few hundred years.
