Ask and Imagine

Every engineering project starts with a question or problem. What needs to be fixed? Who is it for? What are the rules? For example: 'How can we keep an egg from breaking when it is dropped from a table?' Good engineers ask LOTS of questions before they start designing. What materials can we use? How high is the drop? How big can our device be? The more questions you ask, the better your solution will be!
