Everyone Has a Story
Every person you meet has a STORY. They have their own joys, struggles, fears, and dreams. You only see a tiny part of their life.
The kid who is grumpy at school? Maybe they did not sleep well because their baby sibling cried all night.
The kid who does not talk much? Maybe they speak a different language at home and are still learning.
The kid who acts out in class? Maybe they are dealing with something difficult at home.
The kid who does not wear the latest clothes? Maybe their family is going through a hard time.
This does not excuse bad behavior, but it helps you UNDERSTAND. And when you understand, you are more likely to respond with kindness instead of judgment.
Before you judge someone, remember: you are only seeing one chapter of their book. You do not know the whole story. Give people the benefit of the doubt and assume the best.
