Eat, Drink, Run

The Spanish word for eat (or to eat) is comer! It sounds like koh-MEHR. You already know food words like manzana, pan, pollo, and arroz — now you know the verb that goes with them! Me gusta comer manzanas means I like to eat apples. Me gusta means I like. Comer is something you do every day, at least three times!
