What Makes a Mystery?
Mystery stories center around a puzzle, crime, or secret that needs to be solved. There is usually a detective or main character who gathers clues, interviews witnesses, and pieces together what happened. The reader gets to be a detective too, trying to solve the mystery before the character does!
