Win-Win vs. Win-Lose
In a WIN-LOSE solution, one person gets what they want and the other does not. This leaves someone feeling resentful. In a WIN-WIN solution, BOTH people get something they need. It requires creativity and compromise! Example: Two kids want the same computer. Win-lose: one gets it, the other waits. Win-win: they take turns in 15-minute blocks, or one uses the computer while the other uses the tablet.
