What Is Restorative Practice?
Restorative practice focuses on REPAIRING HARM rather than just punishing the person who caused it. Instead of asking 'What rule was broken?' it asks 'Who was harmed? What do they need? Who is responsible for making it right?' The goal is to fix the relationship, not just the problem. This approach helps everyone involved understand the impact of their actions and grow from the experience.
