Being a Good Digital Citizen

Being a good digital citizen means treating people online the same way you would face-to-face. Behind every screen name is a real person with real feelings. Before typing a comment, imagine saying it to that person's face. Would you say it out loud in front of your parents or teacher? If not, do not type it. Spread positivity: compliment others' work, encourage people who are trying, and welcome newcomers.
