Big Dogs and Small Dogs

Some dogs are tiny enough to sit in your lap! A Chihuahua is one of the smallest dogs in the world — some weigh only 2 pounds, about the same as a big apple! Yorkshire Terriers (called Yorkies) have long, silky hair and are very brave for such little dogs. Pomeranians look like fluffy little puffballs! These tiny dogs are called toy breeds. Even though they are small, they have BIG personalities and lots of energy!
