Horse Colors and Markings

Horses come in so many gorgeous colors! A BAY horse is brown with a black mane and tail. A CHESTNUT horse is reddish-brown all over. A PALOMINO has a golden body with a white mane and tail — like a fairy-tale horse! A BLACK horse is solid black from nose to tail. A GRAY horse is born dark and gets lighter as it grows up, ending up almost white. A PAINT horse has big patches of white and another color. A ROAN horse has white hairs mixed into its coat, giving it a sparkly look!
