Zigzag Lines
Zigzag lines are made of short straight lines that change direction sharply, going up and down like the letter Z over and over. They look like the teeth of a saw or the peaks of a mountain range!
Zigzag lines feel exciting, sharp, and full of energy. They can show things like lightning bolts, mountain tops, or the spiky fur of a scared cat. When you see a zigzag line, it makes you feel alert and excited.
To draw a zigzag, start by going up at an angle, then sharply change direction and go down at an angle, then up again, then down. Each turn is a sharp point, not a smooth curve. Try making big zigzags and tiny zigzags!
