Design Your Own Ice Experiment

You already tested salt, sugar, sand, and warm water. But there are so many more things you could test! What else might melt ice?

Here are some ideas for new materials:

- Baking soda (a white powder used in cooking)

- Flour (another white powder)

- Pepper (tiny dark specks)

- Lemon juice (sour liquid)

- Rubbing alcohol (a clear liquid)

- Dirt (from the garden)
