Exercise = Fun!
The best exercise is exercise that you ENJOY! If you love what you are doing, you will want to do it every day. Here are tons of fun ways to be active:
Outdoor activities: tag, hide and seek, riding bikes, scootering, swimming, hiking, climbing trees, jumping in puddles, flying kites, playing in the snow.
Sports: soccer, basketball, baseball, tennis, gymnastics, martial arts, dance, swimming, track and field.
Playground activities: swinging, sliding, climbing, monkey bars, spinning, jumping off things (safely!).
Indoor activities: dancing to music, yoga, jumping jacks, building pillow forts (lots of lifting!), playing active video games, indoor obstacle courses.
The key is finding what YOU love. If you love music, try dance. If you love water, try swimming. If you love being in nature, try hiking. There is a fun activity for everyone!
