The Fitness Challenge!
It is time to put everything you have learned into action with a fun fitness challenge! This challenge has stations that test all three types of fitness: cardio, strength, and flexibility.
Station 1 β Jumping Jacks (Cardio): Do 20 jumping jacks! Arms go up as legs go out, then arms come down as legs come together.
Station 2 β Wall Push-ups (Strength): Stand facing a wall, put your hands on the wall at shoulder height, and do 10 push-ups against the wall.
Station 3 β Toe Touches (Flexibility): Stand tall, reach up to the sky, then bend down and try to touch your toes. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
Station 4 β High Knees (Cardio): March in place, bringing your knees up as high as you can. Do 20 high knees!
Station 5 β Plank Hold (Strength): Get in push-up position and hold your body straight as a board for 15 seconds.
Station 6 β Arm Circles (Flexibility): Hold your arms out and make 10 big circles forward, then 10 circles backward.
