Counting 11 to 20: The Teens

After 10 come the teen numbers: 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20. Every teen number is made of 10 plus some extra ones. Eleven is 10 plus 1. Twelve is 10 plus 2. Thirteen is 10 plus 3. The pattern continues all the way to 19, which is 10 plus 9. Then comes 20, which is 2 tens!
