Belly breathing is a special way of breathing that makes you feel calm and peaceful. Instead of breathing with just the top of your chest, you breathe all the way down into your belly!
Here is how it works: when you breathe in through your nose, your belly puffs out like a balloon filling with air. When you breathe out through your mouth, your belly goes flat again.
