The 7-Day Water Challenge
Ready for a challenge? Try the 7-Day Water Challenge!
Goal: Drink 5-6 cups of water every day for one week.
How to track:
- Make a simple chart with 7 columns (one for each day)
- Each time you finish a cup of water, draw a water droplet in that day's column
- Try to get 5-6 droplets each day!
Bonus points:
- Choose water instead of juice at lunch = 1 bonus point
- Remind a friend to drink water = 1 bonus point
- Finish your water bottle at school = 1 bonus point
- Try water with a new fruit flavor = 1 bonus point
At the end of the week, count your total water droplets and bonus points. If you got at least 35 droplets (5 per day x 7 days), you are a Water Champion!
This challenge is not about being perfect. Even if you miss a day, keep going! The goal is to build a habit of choosing water. After 7 days, reaching for your water bottle will feel natural.
