Why Games Have Rules

Rules are the instructions that tell everyone how to play a game. Without rules, nobody would know what to do! Rules make sure everyone plays the same game the same way. They keep the game fun and fair for everybody. Just like traffic lights help cars know when to go and stop, game rules help players know what to do.
