Gases — Invisible and Free

Gases are tricky because you usually cannot see them! But they are all around you. The air you breathe is a gas! Gases spread out to fill whatever space they are in. The molecules in a gas zoom around super fast in every direction — like popcorn popping in a pan! If you open a jar of gas in a room, the gas spreads out and fills the whole room.
