Milk and Water

The Spanish word for milk is leche! It sounds like LEH-cheh. Milk comes from cows — remember, a cow is vaca in Spanish! So leche comes from a vaca. Milk is white and good for your bones. In the morning, you might have a glass of leche with your breakfast. Leche is also used to make cheese and ice cream. Say it: leche!
