The -AT Family
A word family is a group of words that end with the same sounds and letters. The -AT family includes CAT, BAT, HAT, MAT, SAT, and RAT. All these words end with the letters A-T. You only change the first letter to make a new word! If you know how to spell CAT, you can spell BAT just by swapping the C for a B.
