Apps and the Home Screen

Apps are programs that let you do different things on your tablet. Each app has its own little picture called an ICON. The icon is like a door — tap on it to go inside!

Some apps you might know:

• A camera app for taking pictures (usually looks like a camera)

• A game app for playing games

• A learning app for school work

• A video app for watching shows
