Advanced In/Out Grouping Games
Advanced in/out grouping games feature complex conditional chains where selecting or excluding one element triggers cascading constraints across five or more variables. At the 170+ level, these chains must be pre-built into the diagram before questions are attempted. Technique: after symbolizing all rules and contrapositives, look for 'super-constraints' β conditional chains that, when triggered, force three or more other elements into fixed positions. For example: A β B β C β D means selecting A forces B, which forces C, which forces D. Additionally, look for 'incompatible pairs' β pairs that cannot both be selected because selecting one chains through to the negation of the other. Identifying all incompatible pairs upfront dramatically speeds up question answering.
