Helpers Who Keep Us Safe
In our communities, there are many special helpers who work hard every day to keep us safe and healthy. Firefighters are very brave people who rush to put out fires and help rescue anyone who might be in danger. They wear special gear and use big trucks to do their important job. Police officers are also important helpers; they make sure our neighborhoods are safe and help find lost pets when they wander away. They wear uniforms and drive cars that help them get to places quickly. Paramedics are another kind of helper; they ride in ambulances and are trained to help people who are hurt or need medical care. They know how to take care of people in emergencies. All these helpers are very brave and go through special training to learn how to do their important jobs well. We can always show our appreciation by saying thank you for their hard work and dedication to keeping us safe!
