Microschool operators
Single-operator schools running 6–200 students who want one bill, one admin console, and one compliance pack.

One annual seat license that turns a microschool into a working Koydo school — every K-12 binary, the Parent and Teacher apps, the admin console, and state compliance exports, under one bill.
A single annual seat license turns a microschool into a working Koydo school. Every seat unlocks every K-12 Koydo binary — student apps for ages 3 through 18, the Homeschool scheduler for mixed-age households, and Moonlit for off-school-hours content — plus the Parent and Teacher apps, the admin console, and the state compliance exports. One identity per student; the Companion arc threads through every binary as the student ages up.
Operator surfaces — admin console, billing, compliance — live in the admin app. Student-facing binaries always carry the Koydo brand and cast; that distinctness is what students experience. The microschool pays Koydo once per year, and parents never pay Koydo directly.
Single-operator schools running 6–200 students who want one bill, one admin console, and one compliance pack.
Multi-family co-ops that share teaching across a roster. The co-op tier removes the central admin console and discounts the seat.
Networks that meet two to three days per week and want the same Koydo binaries the students use the other days at home.
Koydo owns every binary in the K-12 ladder. The microschool license activates all of them for every seat, plus the Parent and Teacher apps and the admin console.

Homeschool cast
Whole-family scheduler and mixed-age project plans. The microschool-ergonomic binary.
Moonlit cast

Koydo family voice

Koydo Teacher voice

Methods named in the binaries are documented in the public Koydo Method Library — SoundSteps, NarrationQuest, EchoMove, MathWeaver, and more.
KOYDO LLC bills the microschool — parents never pay Koydo directly. No trials, no introductory rates, no founding-customer offers.

Launch states are TX, CA, FL, and NY. Each export is a generated PDF plus machine-readable JSON, queued from the admin console and surfaced in the Parent app once filed.
HSLDA-style log of subjects and instructional hours, with supplemental attendance totals per quarter.
PSA / charter-affiliated reporting template, with real recorded instructional days when attendance is tracked.
Standardized-testing alignment notes plus attendance-ledger instructional-day totals.
IHIP-format quarterly report. Real instructional days and hours are preferred over rotation estimates.
All 50 states plus Canadian provinces are available via the Compliance Advanced add-on for a flat $600/year per microschool. Templates are Koydo-original; we do not republish state forms, and operators retain final review before submission.
No. One Koydo identity per student. The seat license unlocks every K-12 binary for that one identity, and Companion progression follows the student across binaries.
Yes for rosters (CSV import in the admin console). Progress history from third-party tools is not imported — Companion starts fresh per student. Portfolios you already have can be uploaded as PDFs.
Students keep their Koydo identity. Their Companion progression travels with them on a personal Koydo account. Microschool-scoped data (rolls, portfolios, class history) exports as JSON and PDF on request.
Yes. If a student moves to another microschool that licenses Koydo, the operator transfers the seat and the Companion arc is preserved.
They are included with every seat license. Parents do not need a seat — the Parent app is family-of-record only. Teacher seats are not metered against your student seat count.
Compliance Advanced add-on covers all 50 states and Canadian provinces for a flat $600/year per microschool. Without that add-on you can still export a JSON ledger and PDF portfolio per student.
A named pedagogical pattern Koydo authors and threads through every binary — SoundSteps, EchoMove, NarrationQuest, RepairPath, MirrorMake, MathWeaver, StoryRegulate, and more. The Teacher app sequences them; the Method Library shows the evidence behind each.
Operator surfaces (admin console) can carry your logo and accent color on the Pro tier. Student-facing binaries always carry the Koydo brand and cast — that distinctness is what students experience.
No. The microschool pays Koydo once per year (or monthly). Parents see their bill through the microschool, not Koydo.
Yes. KOYDO LLC, Wylie, Texas (Collin County) is the entity on every invoice and Stripe receipt.
Per-student-private Companion state, no public leaderboards, no cross-microschool student visibility. Operator surfaces see aggregates only; teachers see their classes only. Student binaries never surface operator concepts.
Six seats. Below six seats, the Co-op tier is the right shape — same access, no central admin console.
