When Deep Help is the right tool
Deep Help is built for problems that have more than one reasonable path to the answer: multi-step word problems, proofs that require choosing a strategy, chemistry mechanisms with several plausible intermediates, or essay-level analytical writing that needs scaffolding.
It produces a longer response than Everyday Tutor — typically several paragraphs with worked steps, the underlying rule or principle invoked at each step, and a short summary at the end of what the learner should remember.
Pricing posture
Deep Help is included in the Koydo Ultra and Koydo Ultra Family tiers. On Koydo Plus and Koydo Family, Deep Help is available as a per-session in-app purchase. Schools and institutions can negotiate Deep Help inclusion as part of an enterprise contract.
Safety and review
Deep Help uses the same age-aware safety posture as Everyday Tutor. For under-18 learners, Deep Help refuses adult content categories and never makes decisions affecting account state. The full automated-decisions policy applies — see /legal/automated-decisions.
