• Free Limited needs no card.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing period, at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel any time in your account settings, the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
• Annual subscriptions purchased through Koydo (Stripe): if you ask for a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial purchase or renewal, Koydo will refund that charge in full — no questions asked. A full refund cancels that subscription and ends paid access when it is processed. After the 14-day window, you may cancel at any time and receive a refund for the unused whole months remaining in your annual term, with no fee. Months are measured from the start or renewal date of your annual subscription and counted as of the time you send your request (for an email, the time it was sent). A month that has started by then counts as used and is not refunded, and processing time does not change your refund or your access. Your access continues through the end of the last month you keep; the term then closes and automatic renewal is turned off. Refund requests should be submitted to billing@koydo.app or through the refund option in your account where it is shown.
• Monthly subscriptions purchased through Koydo (Stripe): if you ask for a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of any monthly charge, Koydo will refund that charge in full — no questions asked. • Koydo may offer free trial periods for certain paid features or subscriptions. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate. The duration of any free trial will be disclosed prior to activation. If your free trial for a subscription purchased through Koydo (Stripe) converts to a paid subscription, Koydo will refund the conversion charge in full, no questions asked, if you ask within fourteen (14) calendar days of the charge. A full refund cancels that subscription and ends paid access when it is processed.
• Refund requests for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their applicable refund policies. Koydo does not directly process those refunds; where permitted, Koydo will support reasonable requests escalated through these channels.
